FSC CoC accreditation of Quality Austria starting with 2015

Quality Austria 的FSC产销监管链认证将于2015年开启-Peter Sattler

FSC® stands for "Forest Stewardship Council" and is an international certification system for forest management. Ten globally applicable principles guarantee that wood and paper products with the FSC logo originate from responsibly managed forests. These principles are set out in an international standard. The FSC standard requires that the ecological functions of the forest must be preserved. Uncontrolled deforestation, violation of human rights or too great burden on the environment are avoided through strict management criteria. Basic functions of the forest remain untouched. Transparency for the consumer is created by certifying the processing and timber trade chain (Chain-of-Custody / CoC) from the forest to trade.

FSC® 代表森林管理委员会，是一个国际森林管理认证体系。十条国际通用原则确保了带有FSC标志的木材和纸制品来源于负责任的森林管理。这些原则是用国际标准制定的。FSC标准要求森林的生态功能必须给与保护。无节制的森林砍伐，违背人权或者环境负担太重等通过严格的管理标准得以避免。森林的基本功能得以保持。通过从森林到贸易的过程和木材贸易链（产销监管链/COC)认证，为消费者创造透明的消费环境。

Since its inception in 1992, over 179 million hectares have already been certified worldwide in 80 countries according to the rules of the FSC. Thus, the FSC is one of the leading forest certification systems worldwide. In addition to over 1200 forest certificates, there are currently about 25,940 Chains-of-Custody in the downstream wood processing and trading.

自1992年建立以来，世界范围内80个国家的1.79亿多公顷的森林已经通过FSC规则认证。因此，FSC是世界范围内领先的森林认证体系之一。除了1200多个森林认证外，目前在下游木材加工和贸易有大约25,940 个产销监管链。

Quality Austria was faced with the theme of FSC CoC in 2009 by customer inquiries and has been leading FSC CoC audits in the context of a cooperation with the IQNet partners SQS. The increasing demand in Austria and especially abroad, caused Quality Austria about 2 years ago to start its own accreditation for FSC Chain-of-Custody.

Quality Austria has met all the requirements of accreditation with the end of 2014 and the accreditation process has been initiated by the assessor. With great excitement the commitment by FSC International is expected no later than in January 2015.

在2009年有客户向Quality Austria询价，Quality Austria开始关注FSC产销监管链这一主题。在和国际认证联盟合作伙伴瑞士质量和管理体系协会合作的过程中，进行过FSC销监管链的审核。奥地利尤其是国外不断增长的需求使得Quality Austria在大约2年前开始启动自己的FSC产销监管链认证。Quality Austria在2014年底已满足认证的所有要求，评估员已经开始启动认证过程。令人大为振奋的是我们预期将会在2015年1月前收到FSC国际的许可。

Quality Austria is accredited for global IRIS standard

On 15 December the "Frame Work Agreement for Certification Bodies" was agreed  by signing between UNIFE (Union des Industries Ferroviaires Européennes, Association of European railway industry), represented by Director-General Bernard Kaufmann and Quality Austria, represented by CEO Konrad, in the rooms of Quality Austria Headquarters in Vienna.

总干事Bernard Kaufmann先生代表UNIFE(欧洲铁路行业协会), 总裁Konrad先生代表Quality Austria，于12月15日就“认证机构框架协议”达成一致，并在Quality Austria总部维也纳办公室由双方共同签署。

In a time where trains are already faster than (most) sport aviation, the quality requirements have to be adapted to this performance range for railways.

在一个火车速度已经比大多数的航空活动还要快的时代，铁路的质量要求必须适应这些性能范围。

IRIS is currently one of the most rigorous standards with worldwide importance. The standard is especially important for companies which operate with a focus on development, production and maintenance in the rail industry. The spectrum of the company, for which implementing IRIS is of interest, ranges from parts manufacturer, vehicle manufacturers to producers of high-security products of signalling.

国际铁路行业标准是目前最严格的标准之一，在世界范围内举足轻重。这项标准对于致力于铁路行业的开发，生产和维护的公司来说尤其重要。对执行国际铁路行业标准感兴趣的公司，从零件制造商，汽车制造商到信号传输高安全性产品的生产商。

IRIS certified companies are automatically entered in the IRIS database (based in Brussels) and are therefore easy to find on the IRIS home page (www.iris-rail.org) of buyers of vehicle manufacturers. The access to the audit findings is voluntary and controllable by the certified companies. With IRIS the quality level of the company is thus shown very credible and thus competitive advantages are achieved in a simple manner.

 国际铁路行业标准认证的公司将会自动进入 国际铁路行业标准（IRIS)数据库（总部位于布鲁塞尔），因此很容易在汽车制造商买家的IRIS主页(www.iris-rail.org）上找到。审核发现的进入权限是自愿的，由认证企业控制。通过IRIS的认证，企业的产品质量等级非常可信，因此以非常简单的方式就可以获得竞争优势。

IRIS has as a base in both- the structure and content – the worldwide standard ISO 9001, but it is expanded with the specific and very high standards of the rail industry. The IRIS standard is with its currently more than a thousand issued certificates, an integral part of the procurement requirements of companies and is supported by all major and the world's largest system manufacturers. The economic benefit is not only in the increased attractiveness of the company for the system / vehicle manufacturer but is also evident in accounting.           

 国际铁路行业标准在结构和内容上曾是世界范围内标准ISO 9001的基础，但是是铁路行业的专业的和非常高标准的扩展延伸。国际铁路行业标准目前有超过1000个签发amjs澳金沙门，是企业采购需求的完整部分，由所有主要及世界最大的系统制造商所支持。经济效益不仅体现在企业日益增长的吸引力，在财务收入方面也很明显。
